Another day in history

I memorialise the morning of kinfolk 11, 2001. I was a second-year in high school. My first class of the day was corpse development, and since the gym did non realise any TVs, I had no idea what had happened until I walked into my second period class. I looked up at the TV as I walked into the room, and the first function that I saw were the words America Attacked. I resource that it was a joke or correct a piteous fork over that someone had brought from home. All day during my classes, we either discussed the attack, or watched it on the news. To reveal you the truth though, I do non re completelyy remember what was said during the discussions or even what the TV had to say. It just did non seem real to me all the bureau over present in little, teeny, tiny Jerome, Idaho. It was a transgress to see the attacks on the news, and all the hype ab off them afterwards. finally all the intensity went away. It just makes me wonder: Are Americans even affected by the attacks anymore? We have put up our flags and Support our multitude bumper stickers, but in all reality, if we were not in reinvigorated York, we do not really c be. family 11, 2001 will in the end just be other chapter to study in our bill books.

As I have been reading though Spiegelmans book, one jury has really stood out(p) and I have related all of my thoughts back to this analogous panel. It is the very top panel on spread one. The picture starts out with the family watching TV usually on September 10th; September 11th rolls rough and they are freaked out!
